Garden Street is where industrial meets chic: this design expertly capitalizes on the ceiling heights and stunning New York City views.

Once an industrial factory, this Hoboken waterfront property located on Garden Street, incorporates complex design elements with a clean, inviting aesthetic. J Patryce Design & Co’s renovation uses the unique architectural elements to their advantage; the original steel beams, concrete support columns, and custom millwork. Their design expertly capitalizes on the ceiling heights and stunning New York City views and is tastefully juxtaposed with the use of earth tones, neutrals and textures.

SKY HIGH CITY VIEWS

Muted shades of earth tones and ochre, a stone clad fireplace to gather, and dark, open windows frame these artful New York City views

DINING IN DELICIOUS STYLE

Floating white oak planks dance above the dining room, thick Calcutta marble wraps the island, dark hardware and wood neutrals mix and match in high style

A MODERN DREAMSCAPE

Dreamy Matteo Bedding drapes the bed nestled in a nook, the Industrial edge yields to touches of wool and silk and a vintage-modern custom chaise finishes the cozy space

A LUX, DRAMATIC BATHROOM

White Lincoln marble drips with dramatic plum veining married to the warmth of brass hardware

INDUSTRIAL MEETS MODERN WARMTH

Earth tones, wood and neutrals add warmth and ground this clean and “elevated simple” aesthetic with inviting and modern touches.
