Local designer, Jessica Stephans, let us tour her stylish and bold Hoboken home featuring her light and airy, innovative design. She approached her space with simple elegance and says she built off of her love for black, white, and ivory and started adding earth tones to bring in some warmth. The results are simultaneously elegant and intrepid. Currently working full time with NYC design firm, Siriano Interiors, Jessica shares, “I cannot believe this is my job, it’s so fun. I’m doing what I love.”

BEDROOM – LUX AND LIGHT, AN AIRY STYLE

Shades of ivory soften this bright, dreamy bedroom. The nightstands with marble knobs and the dresser’s upgraded brass hardware add luxury while the mismatched lamps add style and interest

LIVING ROOM – BOLD COLORS AND MIXED MATERIALS

The open modern look of the Lucite coffee table juxtaposes deliciously with the stand-out womb chair and chocolatey caramel décor accents

DINING ROOM – SIMPLY EYE-CATCHING

A professionally custom marble table and attractive chairs with black caning and bold, diagonal lines spice up a clean and classic design

DEN – A MAN CAVE WITH A POINT OF VIEW

A masculine space featuring stand-out black cerused wood dresser that ties to the modern-take atomic style mcm coffee table
